Assessment Integrity Policy

Our expectation: Everyone who uses Paige to assess their skills must participate truthfully and fairly.

Honest participation means you:

  • Represent yourself accurately and complete all tasks as instructed.

  • Rely only on resources explicitly allowed for that assessment.

  • Submit original work that reflects your own judgment and abilities.

Prohibited conduct includes (not limited to):

  • Making false statements or misrepresenting identity or qualifications.

  • Using unauthorized aids or tools (including automated answer matching, text recognition, predictive input, virtual assistants, or any AI) unless the assessment expressly permits them.

  • Accessing or sharing assessment materials that you are not authorized to use.

  • Distributing, copying, reproducing, or publishing Paige content or assessment items.

  • Retaking the same assessment multiple times for a single job application without written permission.

  • Any behavior that undermines the fairness or integrity of the assessment or violates the Paige Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual property:

All Paige assessments, prompts, rubrics, media, and related materials are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is prohibited.

Integrity checks:

Paige may employ anti-cheating measures—such as plagiarism and AI-generated text detection, behavioral monitoring, and proctoring techniques—to help ensure fair results.

Consequences of violations:

Breaches of this policy may lead to invalidation or disqualification of results, denial of access to Paige, and—where an assessment is sponsored by an employer—notification to that requesting organization. Additional remedies may be pursued as permitted by law and the Paige Terms & Conditions.

For details on permitted resources and exceptions, refer to the specific assessment instructions and the Paige Terms & Conditions.

Disabilities:

If you have a physical or mental disability or impairment that may affect your ability to complete the assessment on an equal basis, please notify us as soon as practicable. In accordance with applicable law, we will discuss and, where appropriate, provide reasonable accommodations, which may include an alternative assessment method tailored to your needs.
